Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

You can create an account by clicking the “My Account” or “Sign Up” link at the top of our website. Simply enter your name, email address, and a password to get started. Having an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and manage shipping information easily.

You can update your shipping address by logging into your Toilevator account and selecting “Edit Address” under your profile.
If you’ve already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your Toilevator account and view your order history to check the current status.

No. Toilevator does not store or retain your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways using encrypted technology to protect your data.

Sales tax is charged where required by law and is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

In most cases, your entire order will arrive in one package. However, if you purchase multiple items or accessories, some products may ship separately based on inventory or fulfillment center location. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy page or contact [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.

We’re very sorry for the mix-up! Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your Toilevator arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the damage and your order number to [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any items back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number, as this may delay your refund.
