At Toilevator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your Toilevator product, we’re here to help with easy returns and prompt refunds.
Returns
You may return your Toilevator product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

All included parts, hardware, and manuals must be returned.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note that due to the nature of bathroom products and for hygiene reasons, used or installed items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. -
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. -
Ship the Product Back
Please pack your Toilevator securely in its original packaging and include your RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or shipped in error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] with details and a photo of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Toilevator arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
